Nectar of the Dogs Wine is a Simi Valley-based wine company collaborating with small producing wineries in California to bottle premium, easy-drinking wines all in the name of dog rescue. We donate a portion of all bottle wine sales to various local nonprofit organizations dedicated to helping dogs in need.

The Martin Luther King Jr. holiday celebrates the life and impact of an important civil rights leader. It is held on the third Monday of January and honors Dr. King's fight for racial equality while highlighting the ongoing quest for justice in the U.S.

This day promotes reflection on love, peace, and nonviolent protest, urging people to engage in community service and promote social change. Many pay tribute to Dr. King's vision through service and discussions about race and equality. The holiday stresses the need for continued activism in the fight for civil rights and social justice, acting as a call for a fairer society.

Howliday Dog Adoption

Outta the Cage and Furry Canines Rescue will be on-hand with adoptable pups looking to find a home for the holidays. Come meet these adorable doggos and maybe you’ll find your next best friend!

Plus, we’re collecting new toys and unexpired food for the shelter pets at Ventura County Animal Services. If you can’t take a pup home, bring the fun to them. VCAS has an Amazon wishlist where you can find other much needed items to keep these furry friends safe and sound through the season.
